The competition was held in İzmir Pınarbaşı Racing Circuit in 5-11 July 2010.
30 teams from 35 local universities attended the solar electric vehicle (Formula-G) category with total of 39 vehicles, whereas 15 teams from 12 universities attended the hydrogen fuelled vehicle (Hydromobile) category with total of 15 vehicles in 2010.
The winner of 2010 Formula-G category is Team Socrat, İstanbul University, and their trophy was presented by Turkish Minister of State Prof. Dr. Mehmet Aydın, second place winner is Team SAİTEM from Sakarya University and their award was presented by Governor of Province of İzmir Cahit Kıraç, third place winner of Formula-G category is Team METU Robotics Society Solar Car, METU, and their award presented by Prof. Dr. Nüket Yetiş, President of TÜBİTAK.
The winner of Hydromobile category is Mechanical Engineers Chamber İzmir Branch Student Commission Team and their award presented by Turkish Minister of State Prof. Dr. Mehmet Aydın, second place winner is Team Hidroana Es from Anatolian University and their award presented by Governor of Province of İzmir Cahit Kıraç, third place winner is Team FNSS-Hidroket, Ankara University, and their award presented by District Governer of Province of Bornova Hakkı Uzun.
Due to technical assistance and their contribution to other teams, Team Solar Car from Gaziosmanpaşa University and Team Machine Community Alligator from Uludağ University were granted to Jury Award and their awards were presented by Deputy of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Sırrı Aydoğan and İzmir Provincial Police Chief Ercüment Yılmaz.
Harran University Solar Car Technology Group and Team Wind of Bozok Solar Car, Bozok University MYO, were granted to Design Award by the Jury were presented by Vice President of TÜBİTAK Prof.Dr. Ömer Anlağan and Deputy General Secretary of TÜBİTAK Ali Şimşek.
